"Beautiful hotel however when u check in late and have no towels, room not set up properly and hot water doesnt work efficiently it doesnt make for a great stay. However housekeeping and reception did apologise and try to rectify the issues."

"The superior apartment that I was booked into on the 19th floor was really good. The view from the bedroom balcony and the living room balcony was exceptional and was what I was looking for. My sleepless night was unfortunately due to my neighbor, running his TV at loud levels until 11 PM. The living area and TV is situated right behind the partitioning of the bedroom. That is the problem with those rooms. The walls are not constructed of bricks and sound travels terribly the rest of the...

"Very old hotel, charming and quaint, its beachfront but unsafe to walķ to beach, bothered by homeless beggars and illegal sellers..parking was safe and secure at the rear. Staff was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. As my wife is disabled the first disabled room was unsuitable due to the shower . We were moved to a better equipped bathroom which improved our stay. "

"They have a rat problem and way too noisy in the evening. They rates ate the power cable that caused all the plugs to be down in the room. The hotels drinks were worse than buying a drink in the UK. Do not recommended to my worst enemy."

"We were kept up all night by noisy neighbors (residents) who had a part next to our bedroom. Although staff tried to help things did not improve. Not wanting to risk this happening again we felt forced to move to a different location, despite having only used 1 of our 5 nights rental. We were not compensated for this in any way and management failed to reach out to us, even though we’ve made at least 5 attempts to contact them. Don’t go there. Location not good either"

"Our kids loved the different pool options, slides, playground, trampoline, and mini golf. The nature reserve walk right next door offered a great opportunity for a scenic break. The two bedroom and living room was a comfortable option for 5 travelers with great ocean views. The restaurant specials and accommodations to kids particular requests were some of the best meals we had all trip. Great option to stay when traveling through Durban King Shaka International Airport."

"It seemed the property was not ready for guests. The rooms and shelves were not very clean. The sink leaked and the bath drainage took a long time to drain. The stoves for cooking did not have knobs for turning it on. You could hardly see with the light in the bathroom when we arrived. The sofa was torn and squeaked. Linen & towels did not look fresh & clean (very old)."

"My stay has been excellent. I just wish they would make wifi and getting fixed quicker because I spent my whole stay without the wifi getting fixed. The staff are however super friendly, kind and extremely helpful"
