"Property was nice. The kitchen is completely stocked with any kind of cookware you need. The main bedroom has a queen bed and is quite stiff, all of the other beds were nice. Only complaint is we booked a week with the property and they only supplied one roll of bathroom tissue and one roll of paper towels. We had to purchase our own."

"I have contacted Ryson, who is the property management of this home three times, and I have still not heard a word from them. Stained towels, a broken bed, moldy shower curtain, caked dust and hair on the wicker furniture, a broken dishwasher, a broken cabinet door hanging on one hinge, ants and roaches. I understand you just had a hurricane and a lot of rain, but none of that is ever acceptable. I am very disappointed that I wasted almost $1600 on that filth! If I could post pictures here I...

"We enjoyed the piano bar, the ambience was nice, even though it was right next to the entrance. The music was the right level. It was easy to walk to the beach where they had plenty of loungers set up. Shopping was close by and restaurants were a short walking distance as was the pier. "

My stay at Moody Gardens

"The only thing I didn’t like when we were arrive, there were no valets out there and then we were leaving so come up after my husband had the car already unloaded that was the only thing about staying at your hotel. That was not great for me. I have a hip problem and have a walker, and if I had came with a girlfriend of mine that we travel a lot, we would’ve been waiting a long time for someone to help us because she’s also a cancer patient but other than that, the state was wonderful. Everyone was really gracious very accommodating, but it was lacking on a valets and I know we did come on a Monday left on a Wednesday, but the magnitude of your hotel should have plenty of valets."
