"We absolutely loved this hotel and property! It was beautiful! The location is perfect and there is lots to explore on the property as well as the surrounding neighborhood. Literally steps away from icon park. Tons of dining options although we loved everything we had at the castle. We were there five nights, and loved every minute of it, the adults and kids! Absolutely loved it, sure hope we get the opportunity to go back one day! "

"The hotel itself was lovely. The pools, lazy river and hot tub area was especially nice and well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great!! Communication was lacking. The resort is huge! There were no signs as to direction of the elevators or layout of the facilities. "Hotel is very close to the Universal Studios and provides Bus transport, which is very convenient. Pool and Hot tub is great."

"Place is huge couple areas to do things with the family. Super closed to parks (sea world and Aquatica). Place was clean and neat bathroom did have a smell to it but nothing crazy"

"They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal"
