"Property was under complete construction. Couldn’t use 2 of our 3 balconies as they had tarps and ladders on them. Weren’t informed that whole place was under construction until two days before trip. "

"This was a perfect stop for us outside of Lake Lugano. The staff was excellent! They were very accommodating when we needed to leave early for a flight setting up a little breakfast for us."

"The hotel is outstanding but i would like to highlight the Staff they were amazing especially : Desiree Pace from the front desk and Bianca from Kids play . Desiree were super nice providing all information about our stay and further more. Bianca took care of my daughter and my daughter loved her . I forgot one of my bags in the hotel , they manage to send back for me and iam super happy the way they manage to send my bag . "La suite 1 del San Carlo Suite es muy linda, cómoda, sin ruidos, tamaño ideal para dos personas aunque éramos tres y también estuvo bien! Muy bien ubicado, a metros del Lago Lugano y de la zona de compras. Todo un 10. La recomiendo."

"Need to check all aspects of the package are met Wifi not working after a trip to the office sorted by a dongle No tv working, not worried as we were ou and about but a family in wet weather would. The tv satellite box was in a box with no attempt to get it wired up"
