"The hotel is conveniently located near the main railway station in Vienna. Takes about 15-20mins to walk into centre of Vienna but there is an underground metro a couple of minutes walk from the hotel or about 5 mins away is the tram. The staff were all friendly, food at the hotel was good."

"It’s more budget than you’d expect for a premier inn - no tea making facilities in the reception or in the room and no drinking water without paying for it. The bathroom was a bit worse for wear. "Rooms were a bit dated but the overall feel was great. Comfortable beds were very nice. Only note is that in the bathroom was a smell that seemed to come from the sewer piping which was unpleasant. A few light bulbs were missing in the track light but it was manageable. The staff was stellar with service!"

"Novotel Hauptbahnhof was truly perfect for a 5 night stay in Wien with my parents, where we needed easy access to the Hauptbahnhof and public transit. The D line is 3 mins away, and the train station is even closer. The staff here were incredible, warm, and helpful, the restaurant and especially the bar staff were amazing, and the property is a great value for the amenities, rooms, and the convenience. Our flight arrived in Wien early, and even though we were able to store our bags for a bit, our room was ready shortly before 10am. 10 out of 10, no notes!"
