"The hotel was clean, check-in was easy. I got an upgrade, too. The restaurant was nothing special, and the breakfast was average. The bed was very good, and the room was very quiet. Parking was free, which was surprising because it was not mentioned on the list of amenities when I was booking it through Hotels.com. One other very good thing - breakfast was from 6 am."

"It is a grad hotel Soviet style closed to the old historical centre of the city. It is part of a huge casino with most guests coming for gambling. It is conveniently positioned. Rooms are of a good sized but outdated, tied, not fit with enough electric points for charging you phone or a tablet. Instead of a show it was an old style bath. Was not able to use swim g pool. They sell tickets to it to outsiders. It was so busy- no chance to swim. Massages in spa are cheap but you get what you pay...

"A wonderful and relaxing wellnes hotel in a magical place. The hotel was spacious and rooms were very well kept 2 notes : the beds are much less firm than expected . Employees and supplier unfortunatly smoke just under the room window which makes it bit annoying ."

"This hotel has a nice small outdoor pool open through the winter (08 am through 20-00) where thermal water stays sufficiently warm, and a warmer indoor pool. Sodium-fluoride waters are nice. The breakfast buffet is good and accommodations are comfortable (although unfortunately no kettle in the rooms). Good wifi. Straightforward parking and late arrival is possible. "The room and staff at Boris Palace were wonderful and located nicely near all tourist highlights of Plovdiv. Couples on a romantic trip may find the bed a bit squeaky but it was our only complaint."
