"Everything about this hotel was comfortable and had excellent service in a great location. Was not impressed with limited menu in 3 restaurants but there were plenty of great restaurants around we went to within a 5 minute walk."

"Staff was excellent- good location. I was on the second floor room 270 near the atrium -so noisy as the bar and other activities could be heard in our room. Our room had no decent lighting, and was minuscule. So dark and not a chair to sit on unless you went to the lobby area. Bathroom was spacious "

"We had a wonderful stay at Mills House. Centrally located, good service and a lovely patio attached to our room. One significant issue .. the bed pillows were TERRIBLE!! Very uncomfortable. No support. "

"The staff went above and beyond when I arrived and my friend was having a medical emergency. The manager Caitlyn got a wheelchair, got me situated and got aid for my friend. She checked on me the rest of time I was there and her and her team even sent me chocolate covered strawberries to make me feel better! Amazing management team. The staff is top notch and I will never stay anywhere else after seeing how they handled this medical emergency. "

"Our family always enjoy vacationing at North Beach Resort! The room was clean with the exception of a few stains in the carpet in the living room and the room with the 2 queen beds. Otherwise we had a comfortable weekend stay. We look forward to our next visit!!!"

"There were so many wonderful dining and recreation options within walking distance, and the area was so beautiful (with many incredible art murals) that just walking, even without a destination was enjoyable. The staff, guests and community members were all so friendly, it was one of the most satisfying visits to any city I have ever had."

The hotel requires us to become a member of some kind of group in order to access the internet for free, which I did not accept since I don't want my data to be shared with a third party. Therefore, I did not have access to the hotel's WIFI. "
