"Upgrade room with balcony and view to front appreciated. Excellent restaurant and staff too. An alternative to the complimentary wine would be good. Great Gym too. Not clear what snacks or drinks in the room are free. "

"We had a great stay! The rooms were large and very nice. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was great. The locations was good. Overall a perfect spot to stay and rest for a few days. The only complaint I have is the pillows were not very comfortable. It also may not be ideal if you want to be close to city centre. But it’s very close to the subway. "
