"Seda is always one of my go to staycation places in Cebu near Shopping mall and variety of restaurants. The staff are friendly, kind, and polite. Kudos to the parking staff forgot their names but they made our parking smooth and safe during holidays. Parking guard helped me to get parking ticket as as forgot to get one during our check-out. Thank you everyone for the memorable Christmas break and kids also enjoyed the complimentary cookies! Til next time! "

The establishment is in great condition, and clean They have an amazing staff make you feel welcome, and are attentive. I want to thank the butlers Janray and Don, Veron from the lobby, the concierges DJ (travel support), Jacilin, Reynaldo, Aniano, Monique, Cherry (tour travel coordination), Hannah (chef from executive lounge) who made and prepared delicious food, Shien and Nina from the lobby lounge, and the housekeeping team including Airene for the clean room.
