"The staff at all levels were courteous. The rooms were stocked dailey. The food choices were very good for an all inclusive with speciality night restaurants. At this resort and the Blue Haven. This is my third time at this resort and they are updating the rooms which was nicely done. The Fish deck restaurant was a great by being remodeled and an improved menu and excellent wait staff. "

"Room was perfect, room service was great. Front desk was amazing. Location was good. Mario and Cherry made certain I had everything I needed. Unable to remember all the front desk staff but they'll were all great. The beach chairs can definitely use updating. The location of the beach is very rocky and need to be better maintained. Expedia, false advertised that there was a gym on site. However, the bikes was a great option to get some exercise. I would stay here again if I had the chance to."

"Our room was well-furnished, clean, comfortable, and quiet, as usual. The Pelican Bay restaurant has a great menu and their happy hour is the best in the T&C. The staff is extraordinary, and they will go above and beyond to make everything just as it should be. "
