"Great hotel, not quite 5 star compared to the Caribbean, Greece or Turkey. Welcome - No welcome drink, but we did get our room earlier than check in which we were grateful of. Room - Faultless except, you have to ask to restock the mini fridge for water or soft drinks. Facilities - Good. La Sal Buffet - Excellent food, quality and choice. "This is a beautiful hotel, full of light and next to the sea. Our room had a lovely sea view and it was possible to walk into the Old Town from the hotel along the sea front and the marina. Ibiza is a little quiet in late October but it is still warm enough to swim to walk and to find good food. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and visiting Ibiza when things are at a slower pace."

They strived to all our needs and went above and beyond - we defintely recommend it, very clean, modern, right next to down town, has ferry boat right next to it, and roof top pool/bar/ kitchen is definitely something to experience during your visit!"

"Wonderful place, gorgeous setting, amazing views. We stayed at the start of the Ibiza season (April) and so it felt as though the island needed to wake up from hibernation. The service in the main restaurant was really not good enough. Had to wait to sit, got incorrect orders more than once. I would suggest because it was beginning of the season and the weather was bad so other restaurants shut and couldn’t eat outside. Other than this - a wonderful time. Apart from "

"This hotel was nice. The only issue I encountered was the food variety. After hours, they only serve burgers, hotdogs, and basically unhealthy food. The lobby bar staff was phenomenal. They protected my daughter from an older potential predator. They were friendly and very professional."

"The hotel is fantastic for a resort style break. It’s 45 minutes from Ibiza town so not very convenient for nightlife but fantastic for a true chill out break with great food and service. The drinks are a little on the pricey side especially the in room minibar. "

"We had a great time there. Staff are very professional and friendly. Room was very clean and comfy. We had a city view but was quiet room. The hotel design is making the possibility of having a sea view room much difficult. Breakfast was amazing. Gym is very good. Pool area is nice too despite that the sun doesn't last all day because of the hotel design, but you have the roof top pool which is adult only anf access to sandy beach.
