"First of all, super friendly staffs and very accommodating. Bit far from city center but very beautiful and nice resort. Breakfast taste wise was not the best. Villas are bit outdated and interior needs to be renovated, specially the furniture and some paints. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would likely go back someday."

"Clean nice stay. Big beautiful villa. All the Staff are very friendly. Very windy in December with the wind blowing all day to include at night making it hard to sleep. My son enjoyed the kids zone. The sunset beach was disappointing as there is no public bathroom available and we continually found pieces of glass in the sand. The water was cloudy, not like the photos. "

"The building area (lobby, pool area, …) is outdated. Our room with garden view is clean, spacious but outdated. No chair service at the beach. The restaurant for breakfast is very busy and noisy with Korean guests. The food at breakfast is only 2* and is not fresh, not comparable with other 5* resort. Coffee is terrible! In overall we rate the outdated Intercontinental resort in Phu Quoc as 4*- or 3*+, but does not by far deserve 5*. The staff (front desk, room service) is very helpful though."

"Great location in town walking distance to the night market and the free shuttle from/to airport was an added bonus. The facilities were clean and overall I was quite happy with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was generally satisfactory although more catered to Western pallets (could have had more local Vietnamese cuisine). The seafood buffet was a little bit of a let down as the seafood wasn't great but the Wagyu beef dinner available on alternating days was better, though a little more...

"The best resort in Phu Quoc. We are going to make another reservation for this winter. That's how much we enjoyed it. A fun and unique concept with excellent maintenance, service, food & beverage. The location was also important for me. Personally, I prefer An Thoi area to Long Beach. Thank you to Manager Phoung who took good care of us, and Instructor Ha for a wonderful yoga experience by the beach during sunrise."

"beutifull hotel with a great breakfast bacon and egg. staff very friendly and courteous spa and sauna very good aswell as pool and beach. only issue but nothing major was the fridge in the room wasnt very good and the outside pool bar wasnt very good. the deck beach bar along the beach is alot better. supermarket and restraunt accross road nd plenty of taxis to take you around the island"

"If you're from North America you are probably like us and were questioning how a Beat Western is a 5 star hotel. But this hotel was great. Very good value for your money. Had an amazing stay here. Everything so comfortable and clean and safe feeling. The lazy river pool was so nice to float around in the early evening. While it's not the most convenient location the hotel makes up for it in spades. If you're ok with taking a taxi/grab around the city then I highly recommend this place. "

"This hotel is a picturesque beach front resort. The pearl suite villa is amazing. I will admit i was disappointed that trees blocked what would be an amazing ocean view, but everything else about the property made up for that. Unfortunately my 5 star review is tarnished by restaurant waiters with coughs serving food and a bad spa experience. Our couples massage was interrupted by a sick masseuse coughing in our ear. Id probably let this go if i didn't bring home this sickness with me :("
