"Beautiful well maintained property close to all the attractions. But we found the room too hot and the air-conditioning not at a low enough temperature. The pillows also not great. Not sure if they had a pillow menu. "

"Easy and smooth 3-night stay for me and my brother. We got a room upgrade for no extra charge, and enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks in the mini fridge. Easy to get into the city via the nearby tram, and easy to continue our trip from the nearby train station."

"Very clean and well facilitated, high ceiling, nice view, large bed, and good room system, large shower/bathroom, well equipped with amenities, breakfast buffet is good. 5 stops to downtown by walking to subway in 5 minute. I will stay in this hotel again."
