We travelled as a family with 3 kids and one parent working, so it was a welcome relief to have the staff so friendly and welcoming to kids. More than that, the staff were helpful on our trips down to the beach or with any questions we had about logistics. Our stay was quiet, in May. Sitting by the pool watching the storms was a highlight. "

"We had a wonderful time at Layana. The transportation from Krabi airport was very much appreciated. It was very hot in Thailand while we were there and the pool was great, we spent hours around it and in it. We rented a scooter to drive around the island, Traffic was limited and we felt safe driving them around the island, Layana recommended the Turtle Beach resort for dinner and it was very good. "Absolute paradise. Amazing hotel in an amazing quite fairly deserted beach. This part of Krabi is just bliss - very quiet with a few very good restaurants but what more do you need? The hotel is totally beautiful, room is wonderful and staff are amazing. What more can I say - I extended my stay for the longest that I could before I had to get a flight to Kathmandu. If not - I am not sure I would ever have left."
