โVery clean and great room with kitchen. Very quiet. They had a washer and dryer on property which was very convenient. It did require quarters. If I had any slight issues is that the soap they sold for the washer was $4 for 1 loads worth and the light in the shower was super bright. Minor concerns. โ
โVanessa (check-in), Tracy (check-out) and night auditor were helpful and had excellent guest service skills. The TV and air conditioner worked well, which is often a problem in other hotels at a similar price. The full breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of free parking. Overall, the phrase that comes to mind is the hotel offers good value for the price paid. Thank you. โ

โAlways enjoy my stay here. The only issue was the evening desk clerk upon arrival, who was on duty for a couple of evenings. She did not assist with any questions asked and was very blunt in her mannerisms. This is not the norm for this hotel. Most who greet you with services are welcoming and social as well as concerned with any needs you may have.โ
โWe had a wonderful and rejuvenating stay at Extended Stay America!! Our king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Loved the full sized refrigerator in the room as well.
