“Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. To be honest, they were all great but Mercedes, Ysabel, Christian, Alvarro, Arkais, Asiyer,”

“We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. It's a little noisy until after 10:30pm because of the restaurant downstairs. It's located near the river so it was nice to walk along the promenade. There is parking nearby for a fee. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.”

“Muy buen lugar y buena ubicación”

“I suppose a good location if visiting the area, but a full service hotel it is not. No Air Con, so open windows is the only relief to disperse heat, but when your room is above a busy roundabout and bus route hub the noise of traffic , vehicle horns and heavy goods vehicles is very loud. The noise is amplified by the shape of the front of the building which allows a conversation at street level to arrive in your room as though a shouting match is taking place.

“Facile accesso, con tutto quello che serve”

“Very clean and spacious. Great amenities (kitchenette, fridge, stove top, utensils). 4 minutes walk to the intermodal (public transport). Location is safe and within 30-minute walk from the Guggenheim and bridges to old towns.”

“The staff was very friendly and the balcony view was perfect. Lovely visit overall. Will return for sure.”
