Todo muy bien limpieza atencion solo el detalle de que estuve asta el tercer piso con el hotel casi vacio y unos turistas que llegaron el ultimo dia y estuvieron con ruido y tomando asta la 1 am

Volví este año porque en años anteriores nos gustó. No decepcionan. Este año el estacionamiento fue diferente, pero con todo y eso el servicio, la atención y la calidad del hotel rebasan el costo-beneficio.

Muy atentos y respetuosos el personal con los que hable, la limpieza laantienen muy bien, lo que me hizo poner esa calificación es la solicitud de las toallas por separado, deberían de darlas al entrar y entregarlas al salir para que no tengan problemas

Muy buena opción si quieres estar cerca de la playa Caleta. El servicio es estupendo, los trabajadores son bien amables, lo único es que en nuestra habitación que da directo a la avenida Costera M. Alemán la llegada de camiones (que venían al Maratón de Acapulco, igual que yo y mis amigos) hizo la estancia nocturna muy ruidosa. Afortunadamente 3 de 4 dormimos profundamente y eso o fue un problema, pero para nuestra cuarta amiga sí fue una lata ya que tiene el sueño muy ligero. Pero recomiendo la estancia en el hotel, es básico, cómodo, limpio, con buen trato, todo muy bien. Mil gracias por las atenciones, que fueron estupendas.

La verdad, el servicio fue excelente y la calidad de las habitaciones y cocineta es equivalente al precio pagado, lo único malo es que se escucha mucho el ruido de coches por las noches.

Dos días me bañe con agua fría ya que apagan el calentador del agua por la noche. Batallamos con el empleado de la noche ya que no quería darnos toallas para 3 personas. No cambian las sábanas de la habitación de manera diaria

no fue muy buena idea ospedarme en ese hotel me icieron pagar en efectivo por que segun ellos no pudieron cobrer por medio de mi tarjeta esta muy lejos de la playa no hay limpieza i ase mucho calor ya que carese de clima y hay otros hoteles por la zona mas baratos y con mejores instalasiones y mas serios
