"Room was nice and modern and quiet as requested. Although very cold as when we arrived the window was left open so it took hours for the room to heat up it was quite cold."

"Check in was indicated as 2 pm to 5 pm but on arrival at 3.30 pm no one was in attendance. Fortunately another couple arriving were contacting the personnel and were given details to open the key safe for their room key.
