Unique property with historical hunting lodge theme. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Food was very good. Breakfast was included. Bed was a bit lumpy but they were single beds. We still slept well. Beautiful view out our window.

Lovely property in a remote location with views all around. A small family staff manage to cover all the main jobs (check in, bar, cooking, restaurant service, breakfast etc), remaining calm throughout. Rooms are comfortable, warm and well supplied. Our meals in the restaurant were excellent. Nice lounge for drinks from the bar and evening games.

Very clean room. Public areas also very clean. Grounds well maintained. Excellent parking facilities. Staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. I asked for packed lunch instead of breakfast as I was leaving early. This was perfect. Very friendly hotel.

Ledgowan feels like home…friendly staff, charmingly appointed rooms, and a warm welcome. Showers tend to run slow and wifi signal is weak but that really didn’t matter when you felt so relaxed you didn’t want to leave! AND to see the Northern Lights from the end of the driveway! Epic! A really memorable stay! Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

2 Night Stay

A period house which has undergone some good and tasteful renovation to be well presented. Fantastic stay. Staff were really friendly and accommodating, making a meal for our slightly fussy 10yr old despite not having a proper child menu. Gave us a heads up when the local Stag paid a visit... Will be considered for use again if we return to Scotland for a visit.

The Ledgowan Lodge Hotel is a hidden gem of a hotel nestled in between the Isle of Skye and Inverness. My friends and I arrived late and upon arrival were greatest with top-notch hospitality by Craig, the Hotel Manager. We were even greeted by wild reindeer that roam about the property. Craig went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He cooked a meat pie dinner knowing that the immediate restaurants would be closed. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, full of history, and charming. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler.
