For the ramp gate, we have the option to lend out the key to any guest that require it, so that you can return to the hotel after 8pm using the ramp. In terms of the dining room, unfortunately at this stage, the main entrance only has stairs, however there is an ramp access point from the pool to the restaurant.

Good Morning Jesus.i'm sorry you had a terrible experience.Reception is only manned until 8pm. however on your booking there was no contact number that we could contact you on or an email address that we could even send you a direct email regarding your arrival. when you make a booking through the third party booking site, we have an automated message sent to all bookings regarding important things you should be aware of. this was not acknowledge at all in the 2 weeks leading up to your booking. so when it came time to close up for the evening and you had not arrived by closing we have our policies in place to mark the guest as a no show if we have no way of contacting them and this they then forfeit their booking/payment. sorry for the inconvenience, Kind Regards Adelaide Inn Reception
