Balcony with limited view

I wanted to stay in a hotel with nice view and balcony at the beach and good breakfast. The breakfast is quite basic and not the highest quality also there is a wall at the balcony so you have to tiptoe to see a view. Staff is not super nice either.

We checked in and stayed for a couple of hours only. It was a dirty room, dirty toilet seat…. We don’t know whether they change the pillow cases and bedsheets after each guest. The bathroom got no towels. Everything looked dirty inside and outside the room as well. We’ve been to Vietnam so many times, but never experience the filthy room like this one.

Pleasant Stay (my first ever visit in Da Nang)

I always get an upgrade in every property I’ve stayed at, regardless if it’s local or international. But so far this is the best upgrade I ever had.I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the young lady (forgot her name) who welcomes me cheerfully at the reception during my late night arrival. Not to mention I was upgraded to a Penthouse with a panoramic Oceanview, which is double the size of my originally booked unit. Not only that, the staffs prepared a cute little surprise for my birthday for my ever visit in Da Nang. I truly appreciate it. May your kindness and generosity prosper 😉

It was not bad but I would definitely not come back & not recommend this hotel to others. Pros : Front desk staffs are good, professional (only when I arrived. When I checked out, they didn’t care if I enjoyed the stay or not) Restaurant waitress are nice, friendly, caring. They provide many services such as : car service, motorbike rental, sightseeing trips , … it’s very convenient for tourists. Cons : No doorman / bellman so it’s mean when you arrive and leave hotel, you have take care your luggages and open the entrance door by yourself. When I finished the check out till I went outside to get in taxi, I had to carry all my luggages downstairs while the staff sat outside smoking and looking at us! Is it worth being an 4 star hotel? Security guards at the basement were as cold as ice. They were never smile. Very poor customer service! And about the room, it was an uncomfortable stay the “weird” design of the hotel. The sea view is blocked by “code design” that made us extremely uncomfortable. If you want a nice sea view from your room, please don’t stay here. When opening the balcony’s window, it was dirty (pic below), I really don’t understand what kind of this design is. Toilet was not really clean. The towel was torn and old (pic below). Overall, this is not worth being an 4 star hotel. Uncomfortable, disappointed, unhappy stay. There isn’t any reason for me to come back again.

Bra och trevligt hotell men det ligger lite avlägset ifrån de typiska turistdestinationerna i Da Nang. Dessvärre verkar det även finnas en hundgård precis nedanför och hundarna skäller konstant.

深夜に到着する便を利用した為、24時間無料送迎とあったこちらのホテルを選びました。 しかし予約後に送迎をリクエストしたところ、９ドルの支払いを要求されました。 エクスペディアには確かに24時間無料送迎ありと載っており、その旨ホテル側に伝えましたが、そのサービスは2ヶ月前に終了しているとのこと。意味がわかりません。 仕方なく９ドルの支払いについては了承し迎えを頼みましたが、チェックイン時に何の謝罪もなく９ドル支払うように言われ、不誠実だと感じました。 部屋については安いホテルですのでお値段相応だと思いますが、私が利用した部屋はしっかり掃除されていましたしシャワーの水圧も問題なかったです。 ただ、犬の鳴き声や別室のチャイム音で最悪な目覚めだったこと、朝食も美味しく食べられるものがなかったので、次に利用することはありませんしお勧めもできません。

가기 전 늦은 시간에 도착하는 일정이라 픽업 택시 요청드렸었는데 친절하게 답변해주셔서 잘 이용하였습니다! 기사님이 굉장히 조용하시고 젠틀하신 분이셨어요! 프론트에 직원분도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 늦은 새벽에도 기분 좋게 체크인 하였습니다 ㅎㅎ 도시 외곽 쪽에 위치해서 도시 소음은 없었지만, 건물 내의 소음에 취약했습니다. 그리고 옆 방과 통하는 문이 잠겨 있긴 했지만 옆 방의 말소리가 그대로 들렸어요. 전체적으로 깔끔해보였고 바다가 잘 보여서 좋았지만, 화장실 배수가 잘 안되었고 어두운 느낌이라 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외에는 청소도 잘 해주시고 날마다 수건도 바꿔주셔서 좋았어요! 조식은 아쉬운 느낌이 많이 들었습니다. 저렴한 가격에 비례한 나쁘지 않은 느낌이였습니다. 실온의 물은 무료지만 냉장고 안의 물은 유료였어요! 참고하세요!

ビーチの目の前にある静かなホテル

ダナン中心の喧騒からは少し離れたソンチャーにある静かなホテル。ホテルの目の前にはすぐビーチがあり、朝日を浴びながらの早朝散歩が気持ちいい。散歩の後は種類豊富なビュッフェ朝食。新鮮なフルーツや目の前で焼いてくれる目玉焼き、本場のベトナムコーヒーなどどれもおいしかった。レストランではMai Xuanという名前のきれいな女性スタッフがとてもよくしてくれました。感謝します。また屋上にはプールがありとてもリラックスした時間を過ごすことができました。

初めてのベトナム旅行で泊まらせて頂きました。 ホテル内でバイクのレンタルも可能だった為、とても助かりました。部屋もベランダから海を眺めることが出来てとても満足してもおります。また朝食の種類も多く、スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。特にquỳnhさんがとてもサービスが良く、すれ違う度に笑顔で挨拶されて、とても良かったです。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。とてもいい思い出になりました。

Dejligt hotel

Super god service, medarbejderne forstår fint engelsk, de var så søde at upgrade os før vores ankomst. Det eneste, der var en smule irriterende, var bruseren på værelset, som var tilknyttet toilettet. Så når man var i bad, sejlede hele badeværelset efterfølgende, inklusive toilettet, og der var ikke en ordentlig rist til afløb. Morgenmaden var okay, vi havde nok forventet lidt mere. Men alt i alt et super dejligt hotel.

很棒的體驗

酒店新、雖然不在市中心、附近有沒有什麼商店或食肆、但是不影響住宿的體驗。工作人員都很友善很樂於助人、會前來詢問住宿的感覺、酒店早餐也很豐富。房間的設備也很新。

직원친절해요

직원들 전체적으로 더 친절하셨습니다. 룸컨디션은 좋았으나 화장실 배수가 잘 안됐습니다. 그리고 뷰는 바바다뷰라 좋았으나 시내와 떨어져 시내관광시 그랩이용하면거리에 따라 100,000~160,000동정도 들어요 그랩은 바로바로 와서 좋았습니다. 조용히 휴양을 목적으로는 좋은 장소입니다

Very nice service and friendly customer service! The room is okay for us but we expected the bath place and the toilet place are separated! The toilet was super wet after shower! But overall good food, good massage, good service and great experience here! Would like to book again!

位置雖然偏遠了些 但景色好 設施新 服務員非常nice 是個值得推薦的好飯店唷。 Location is a little bit far from the central. However the service, room, facilities are new and great. Recommend this one. Also if you can ride, rent a scrooter woule be a perfect solution for the distant location.
