โUpon checking in, I must say that our front desk receptionist named Nathan was helpful, courteous, and provided us with excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to make sure that my elderly Aunt was placed in a room a few doors down from our hotel suite. We were all extremely happy and satisfied with everything that he provided. Thank you Nathan for your outstanding customer service, professionalism, and concern for others. โ
โI asked for a crib and the person at lobby went above and beyond to get one to my room as soon as possible, given that the person in charge of doing that was gone for the day. โ
โThe lady at check in was absolutely Amazing she was so polite and and offered to help in anyway possible she was above and beyond she really cared and didnโt pretend to care she was so genuine as if she really enjoyed her job โ
โEasy check in, airy rooms and elevator. The sink was not clean upon arrival; role of toilet paper was 3/4 empty and breakfast only served cereal, bagels and hot coffee. Other hotels serve fruit, yogurt, waffles, scrambled eggs and orange juice.โ
โWe would like additional lounge chairs at the pool.
Not a fan of pillow top mattress. Very uncomfortable when itโs old. Seating in suites are uncomfortable. Could have just been our particular roomโฆ but we stay here a lot and I see a change in upkeep. The common areas are kept very clean though. โ
โThe rooms are clean and the staff is excellent, the only thing i would change is the free breakfast schedule, they should add an extra hour until 10am.โ
