"The only complain I have is 2 out of the 4 elevators were out. With how busy the hotel was during my stay, the wait for the elevator was horrible."

"I would never stay here again. Rooms are old inside and need a remodel. The staff is ok, but very slow. This water park had too many people and not very enjoyable. I don’t agree with people in the surrounding area to be able buy a one day pass to visit the park. It was just awful and some of the swim suits should not be allowed. This is a family park not Las Vegas. Yuck to the whole experience. "

"The staff was nice and patient. I asked for extra towels and they offered to deliver. We then had a tv that didn't work and the front desk woman checked the tv in another room for us before assisting us with moving. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options and plenty of room to sit comfortably. "

"The nozzle in shower was broken and I asked them to fix it…it was not fixed. Coming back to room after a long day to it still non functional was a tad frustrating. Line was long in lobby so I sucked it up and treated it as a camping trip. "
