“This is not a five-star hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms is questionable- dirty balcony windows, a wiered bathroom arrangement with damselflies flying around in the shower stall. The premium sea front view room is small- definitely not for 3 people. The property grounds , especially the greenery, could be better maintained, and better lit in the evening. The sauna in the spa is small ( 3 people max)so you have to book the time, you plan to attend and I am also wondering whether massage...

“Wow. Our favourite place. Now it’s our favourite hotel. Perfect location, access to beach.
What can I say about the staff - where to begin. Demetrius aka Jimmy was fantastic - he was so attentive, and friendly. Went over and beyond. Greeted us with a warm smile and always had an affable personality. He gave us great food recommendations. He solved our problems. And was incredibly helpful. He is the epitome of Greek hospitality. Made our stay so warming and comfortable. And we definitely will...

“The pool doesn’t look at all like it does in the pictures, and it is located right in front of the breakfast room, which makes it a little uncomfortable to enjoy. However, there was a very kind Latin receptionist who gave us some great recommendations about what to see on the island, and that definitely made our stay more enjoyable.”

“Fantastic location, on Kos seafront, less than a 10’ from the passenger port. A stunning, historic and elegant property. Staff is very attentive and well trained. Dinning at the restaurant is highly recommended, this was a premium experience worth every penny as everything was delicious and bursting with flavour.
Only cacophony was that the bathroom door in our room wouldn’t close and WiFi was intermittent.”
