"I absolutely LOVED my stay at Falling Leaves Lodge. My partner and I were blown away with the service, attentive staff, beautiful grounds, and clean room. Paula at the front desk went above and beyond for us, whether it was confirming our excursions, arranging taxis, or ordering us early breakfast, she handled it all. The groundskeepers were so kind, setting up lounge chairs and allowing us to connect to the Bluetooth speaker by the pool. The on-site restaurant had a large menu and every dish we tried was delicious. I would absolutely recommend staying here."

"It wasn't a bad stay but it wasn't what I expected. Instead of a room in the main hotel, we were upgraded to a cabin, in the back of the property where it was so dark I drove into the concrete septic block! No damage fortunately. And I guess back there was better than being up front because of a loud party on a Monday night. At least the room was clean, the bathroom was huge, and the bed was comfortable for the price. Unlikely to return."

"Our family really loved this oasis in the middle of the city. As soon as you stop through the front gate you’re in a comfortable setting with nice pool, clean rooms, and friendly staff. "Mike was so nice and helpful, as was his wife. The place has a real charm, but just know that it’s rustic and authentic. Meaning no A/C, bugs in the rooms, beds, bathroom, etc. The property is starting to degrade but still has a special feel and vibe. If you’re looking for a real experience this is it. If you prefer something more modern and comfortable look elsewhere."

"What a treat! My partner and I stayed earlier this week and what a wonderful surprise the resort turned out to be. The food was phenomenal. The property was pristinely kept. The staff were incredibly warm, knowledgeable about food allergies, and so accommodating to every request. Watching toucans and hummingbirds during breakfast and waking to jungle views each morning made our stay absolutely magical! Even though it was low season, this resort and its wonderful staff didn’t miss a single beat!"

"The staff at Villa Massis made us feel like family from the second we walked in! The food and drinks were wonderful. The room was perfect. The property is absolutely beautiful! Joelle (spelling?) was extremely warm and helpful. He booked us a private tour to Xunantunich Mayan Ruins. Mark was our guide and the tour was incredible! Their bartender, Gio, knew exactly how to cool us off after a hot day. Lucy always had the most beautiful smile on her face. The owner (can't remember his name) was very friendly and we could tell how much love he put into this property. Everyone was so happy to see us enjoying ourselves there. The best breakfast of our entire trip to Belize was at this resort! We will 100% be back to visit and will be bringing friends next time!"

"this outstanding rustic place of natural equestrian and Belize Riverfront elegance was perfect for this man who stands outside of the crowds of normal people; perfectly clean private cabin, with WiFi and its own refrigerator, screened-in porch with hammock and outdoor picnicking tables, and restroom with shower and toiletries… were the perfect foundation, with the most attentive of staff and surprise horseback riding and canoeing included with each stay… all made this stay and the accomodations perfect for i !"
