“Beautiful property, but the service needs significant improvement.
We stayed for three nights in September. Kasbah D’If is stunning, peaceful and beautifully located away from the city. The pool and spa were lovely, and I particularly enjoyed my prenatal massage. The staff were generally friendly and, when managers became involved, extremely helpful.
Unfortunately, the overall service and organisation did not feel five-star. We booked a cooking class a week in advance, but on arrival it seemed...
