"Room was larger than other hotels we have stayed in Japan, 17th floor had great view. Staff was always more than helpful. We only ate breakfast twice but was typical Japanese, moderation and presentation yet more then you could eat at a breakfast bar. Big plus is the nearness to the train station, it’s a easy way to get around and takes a little bit of getting used to which line to use, local which stops at every station is one to be avoided if traveling long distances. Everyone was always more then helpful if we needed directions ( except one guy in the restaurant area outside the train station ( real tool) Definitely would stay here again"

"The room was clean and very spacious! There’s a 24 hr pharmacy next door which makes it very convenient for anything you need basically. Walk able distance to many places, and a lot of restaurants options near the hotel. WONDERFUL STAY!!!!"

"The hotel was super and better than we expected for the price. The room and especially the bathroom was spacious and beds really comfortable - but what really stood out was the staff, in particular one member ‘Barry’ who was super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to leave luggage and she went out of her way to help us get a refund for a night we didn’t use due to flight change. Also in a great area next to the Central Park strip with some nice restaurants. We loved our stay thank you!"

"Arrived in the evening for check-in; staff was very kind and attentive, knowing enough English to help English speaking guests. The room itself had some wear and tear, but overall was clean. The onsen bathhouse was simple, but very nice and relaxing. Right across from the train staton, which is really convenient. "

Front desk staff (unmanned hotel) less than helpful and at times a bit rude. Notes for other travelers: if you are trying to get in before 3 PM, it’s not going to happen. The dryer doesn’t work. Great laundromat 250 feet away."
