“Our room was very dirty. Anything that needed to be fixed just had to be”bandaids” put over them. Housekeeping needs to be much better. The attached restaurant was great!”

“Friendly staff. At one point I was walking through the hallway on my way to my room and passed about four or five folks who clean room rooms. And every single one of them said hello to me. The front desk staff and the food staff also were very friendly. The breakfast and the 5:30 PM food both were very good. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. Just a very good overall stay.”

“HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

“Our room was generally clean but floor corners in bathroom area could use a little more cleaning. Bed was very comfortable. Kept hearing a strange noise during the night and thought it was the ductwork making funny noises; my husband discovered the sound was actually coming from the metal pedestal beneath the bed, which made clunking noises whenever someone rolled over or got in or out of bed! Much noise came from room above due to people walking around! Overall, not a super restful night....

“My purse was stolen just prior to my arrival at the property; even though I had pre-paid on-line, the check in clerk would not allow me to stay without a driver's license. I had to sleep in the parking lot and still was charged almost $300 for the stay; which I am objecting to on my credit card.”
