"The location of the property was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few downsides. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy, and the lack of smart features on the TV was a major drawback. Additionally, it was disappointing that many areas of the property were closed for maintenance, and no snack-style food was served anywhere outside the main building. With a bit of maintenance and upgraded amenities, this place could be much better."

"Waterpark or witbit is far from beach and can only b access by swiming in water which is almost 4 to 5 meter deep, Which is not suitable for non swimmers and my kids were so sad inspite of staying 3night we were unable to enjoy that aminity..the solution can be a easy 2 min ride by boat for the people who want to use..as they highlight this amenity as their biggest water park in RAK"

The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with beautiful views and thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Suranga at the Pool Bar and Deepa from Housekeeping, whose dedication and warm service added a personal touch to our stay and made it even more memorable. As a family, we particularly appreciated how well the resort caters to both children and adults. The family-friendly atmosphere, combined with the relaxing and peaceful environment, creates the perfect balance for a truly enjoyable getaway. Overall, our experience was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to returning.
