“Nice but basically an unattended VBRO. Have a number to call for “emergencies”. No mention our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator until we arrived. No coffee or tea pods available (any floor) Monday am but staff had clearly added water to the common area(s) Keurig. No response to texts sent to Ashely about pods or checkout. Parking lighting didn’t always work. Parking is lot that says hotel only but there is nowhere to register your car- so how do you know it won’t be towed? Door to room...

“The property was beautiful and easy to get to but the room was hot!! Thermostat was on 65 degrees and was too hot to sleep. It didn’t feel like 65 and that was as low as it would go!”

“We stayed at The Redmont last December when attending an event at BJCC. The room was subpar, but we loved the location and the bar and restaurant so we decided to give The Redmont another try. This time the room was even worse. The AC register was filthy dusty, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the baseboards in the bathroom were nasty. “The staff was extremely helpful and so nice. The parking garage in the back was where we parked and it was convenient- the best level to park on is 3B to get into the hotel.”
