This is a group of charming rustic cabins. We had a fireplace, kitchen, and wonderful bed. The proprietor was exceptional with hospitality.

I loved it! The cabin was wondaful. It had everything I needed, lots of amenities. Great place to get out of the heat. Even saw deer and elk from the front door. Very relaxing atmosphere.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The owner even helped carry my bags to my cabin. Beautiful location, walking distance to the village. Peaceful evenings and fireplace in most cabins. We will be making return visits often. I recommend this property highly.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of town and lovely neighborhood walks. The cabin had great cross breeze and fan so remained cool and comfortable. The owner was very nice and gave us good tips on outdoor places to see as well as leaving brochures in room. We really enjoyed our stay.

I cannot begin to emphasize how the communication and rapport with Laura and Karl made this stay a plus 5! The check in was quick given the late hour of the evening we arrived. Despite that, they waited for us, led us straight to the cabin and made the check in possible right there and then. The cabin was clean and cozy, and all the essentials were available to make us feel at home. I extended my stay in Cloudcroft but logically, they didn’t have vacancies past my stay. How could they of everything about the cabin was great! Customer service, location, cleanliness, comfort, and a memorable visit from Santa delivering the presents we left at front desk for our kids. An amazing experience!
