“We love the location and the serenity (quietness) of this little gem. I especially like the “retro” like furnishings and the absolutely beautiful western art. The pool is small, but so is the property. The view from the window in the hall way is a magnificent Texas Hill Country expanse; which was especially nice and green because of the rain we had. Our stay was prior to the flooding! Breakfast was okay and plentiful. Very near the Blanco River. Our first stay was in late October and the fall...

“Room 305 was unclean, smelled very musty. Day two my family woke up with bites, could be a coincidence or could be something more serious… breakfast was good but very repetitious. The staff was very friendly and wonderful”

“Stayed in room 101 downstairs, which was next to the meeting room. However, it was very noisy, door being slammed and it sounded like someone was "throwing up", and constantly flushing the toilet and shower... I appreciate it was also a Friday evening in the Texas Hill/Wine Country so people were just having fun and getting drunk. So although the beds were comfortable I didn't sleep very well... Front desk staff were very nice and friendly... Breakfast was good, parking easy etc...”

“Very clean! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. A variety of eats. You could adjust the temperature of the room to meet your needs. We will definitely staff at The Hampton Inn when we return to Fredericksburg.”
