"The place seems to be heavily occupied by workers as in an extended stay. Room smelled. Property not very neat. Only one towel. Just not very well run hotel."
"We stayed in 245 for 5 days/6 nights. The staff are amazing but the room was definitely not what we expected. There was no microwave but it had a refrigerator and a lot of counter space. The AC unit was LOUD so much to the point that you have to turn the TV up to about 28-30 to be able to hear it. The TV only had about 6 channels that would actually come up although a lot of other channels were listed. When you turned up (or down) the volume then the TV would "talk" to you and tell you the volume that you were changing it to. There was also the menu box on the screen that we could never get to go away. The pool was great for the kids but the heater wasn't working (no fault of the hotel) but on Wednesday night/Thursday morning at 1:01 am the fire alarm went off because they thought that there might have been a gas leak. At 1:33 am we got to go back into the building. We had a room that overlooked the pool and you can hear everyone that is at the pool. Breakfast was not included with our stay. This was my own fault for not paying attention to the surcharge for breakfast. The location was very convenient as it is near several restaurants and Walmart. Overall, we will probably pick a different hotel to stay at that is closer to our kids then at the Grand Williston."
"Fold out bed had not been opened and clean, there were potato chips in the bed.
The dresser drawer had dirty clothes left in there from previous guests."
"The room I was issued, had a serious safety hazard. There was a small area to the left when you enter the room. Other than separating the toilet/shower area, I don't understand why. The safety issue is a door was installed to separate these 2 rooms. In the middle of the night someone could get seriously injured, because of the door."
