"This hotel exceeded my expectations. We were immediately greeted by a bell hopper as soon as we got out of our Uber, and they carried our luggage up to the front desk. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and our room was clean and spacious. The rooftop pool was right outside of our bedroom, so it got a little loud at times, but never past 10pm. Cold, bottled water is always available and plentiful on the 3rd floor, which many other hotels lack, in my experience. The hotel is extremely walkable to restaurants, shopping, and San Felipe del Morro and San Cristóbal castles—both National Historic Sites. I would absolutely stay here again. "
