We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. Very pet friendly hotel! The views were spectacular as we were able to enjoy a beautiful winter snowscape and as the weather warmed, we saw peeks of green and the beautiful color of the lake. We had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the Alpsee. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Hirsch overall and would consider staying there again if we were going to be in the area. The front of the building reminds me of something out of a Wes Anderson film, and the inside is equally cute and comfortable with an updated, yet traditional Bavarian feel. Very nice room and hotel. Good location, was able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Train station was only 20 min walk also. Breakfast was very good and the hotel bar was open late and made very good drinks. Would stay again and would recommend. US traveler
