공항에서 가깝고 저렴하고 아침식사도 잘나오고 방이 깨끗함. 직원이 친절하고 옆에 큰 쇼핑몰도 었어 장보기 편리. 특히 공항까지 무료셔틀버스 운영. 가성비 최고!

너무 감사했어요.
모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 카자흐스탄의 기후특성상 시든 채소와 너무 익은 과일이 인상깊었습니다. 풍부한 치즈가 기억에 남구요. 특히 너무 익은 사과가 너무 맛있었습니다. 호텔 서비스는 최상이었습니다. 너무 친절한 직원분들,더운물, 공항 셔틀서비스,예쁜 건물 실내, 등 완벽했습니다. 또 가고 싶네요.

Check-in at midnight was flawless. And check-out the same. Room was comfortable and quiet. Everything was very nice.

Good location for airport transfer. Called hotel to notify late 1 AM check-in. Staff was helpful with late night check in. Hotel could work on reducing noise.

Will stay again
Very conveniently located hotel if you need a stay before departing to the airport (just about 10-15 min away). The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I really enjoyed my experience there.

Love the service provided by Zhamalay. She's an intelligent young lady, very helpful in organizing a day trip for us. Also gave good suggestions on the dinner we had from the kitchen. Kitchen serve good food. Only downside is the location of the hotel, far from city centre but convenient for those travel by train to other countries as it's close to railway station

The staff in the hotel especially at the reception is excellent. A person in particular that is a key to this hotel and a big asset is Zhamalay. She will do her best to make the client happy. My flight was late at night and I was able to do a late checking. My stay was a real plaisant. I wish only the hotel train the staff especially in the restaurant to learn English. Basic English is important to serve client. A need of an English Channel for the TV is important. I could not follow the news around the world during my whole stay.

Shuttle driver was waiting with a sign at the airport. When you arrive at 4am, this is awesome! Hotel is clean & comfortable. Bed was great!

Breakfast assortment was terrible. They provide only Soviet style fixed 3 varieties and you have to select one . Also the quantity is very insufficient.

Great staff and location near airport.
Great staff and wonderful service. Close to airport. I suggest you book the taxi through the hotel as I had a taxi driver from airport take me very far from hotel. In the end it would have been cheaper and faster to book the arrival taxi through hotel as it seems most taxi drivers do not know the hotel and cannot read English.

nice Hotel , just 6 km away from the ALA Almaty airport, clean, big room, big Toilet, big bed, A/C , TV, minibar, wardrobe, security box, table, 2 chairs, big windows, very confortable.
