"The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The TV in our room did not work and she quickly moved us to another room. But I must add that when I arrived, because I had such a bad experience at another hotel she upgraded me to a presidential suite to make my stay even better with them. Because of that, I will definitely stay there again because of her generosity and the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel."

"The Nobu is a great hotel. From the fresh hot towel and tea upon arrival to the courtesy Porsche rides within a 3 mile radius, it’s designed for guests satisfaction. It’s pricey but it’s a place I want to come back to. We had one little issue while staying there and the management went above and beyond to correct as well as compensate for the situation. This meant everything to me as most hotels won’t even have the decency to acknowledge when something is wrong or one of their team members is being unprofessional etc. I definitely recommend them and would certainly stay there again. "
