"I was up all night when I stayed there May 8, 2026 There was a couple of men drunk making loud noise in the hallway all night and I didn't help my room was right next to the elevator."

"We ordered a suite but got a different room. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. Random stains on the mattress and the couch. And each time we left the room the room cards would demagnetize. I haven’t had this issue so frequently at other hotels. Walls have no soundproofing , would clearly hear every conversation happening in the hallway. Tv service was great, staff were quick to help."

"nice place, clean, comfortable bed. problem was guest arrived in adjoining room at 230am and for the next hour and a half banged on walls turned on television so loud it could be heard in my room spilled what sounded like a jar of marbles on floor. in summary she was totally inconsiderate of anyone but herself. I gave up at 4am and checked out. I realize the hotel can not control inconsiderate people but at the same time I got very little rest which made the stay unpleasant at best."
