“After reservation the communication was promptly, when we got there the Room was very clean. We got room#4 it's definitely a minimalist room, enough for my son and I. The staff was very helpful, we really enjoyed it.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...

“The beach was gorgeous! The room was spacious. Some of the staff were wonderful, some not so helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom sink and toilet clogged. We had to fix it ourselves. ”

“Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. ”

“There was a lot to do close by. The building is fine and the rooms are fine. Our room had a broken AC and it was incredibly hot, when speaking with a staff they said they knew, which made me angry they didn't disclose this information. They put 2 fans in our room, which is how we already knew they knew about this issue. Our friends rooms did not have any fans and working AC. The hotel did refund, but it made for a long HOT night after a full day of travel. ”

“Very old building, musty smell. Water didn’t work during the afternoon. May of been an issue in the area though. Our TV didn’t work and it took the staff hours to fix the issue. Stayed there twice and each time there were no wash cloths. Asked for extra pillows and staff said there were no additional pillows as they were sold out that night. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Will not book there again. Couldn’t wait to leave honestly. ”
