โBeautiful hotel! First thing you notice upon walking in is the great smell! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is away from the hussle and bussle of the city but easily accessible to reach either by Uber or a bus to ferry. The ferry ride is amazing especially around sunset. The hotel has a great rooftop bar and pool where you can also relax while the sun goes down. Overall this was a great experience and if i visit again this will be my hotel of choiceโ
โWhen I got there to check-in they said they don't accept dogs. But the Expedia was saying they do accept dogs, it was written as "Pet Friendly". Once I showed this to them they said "we are pet friendly but not accepting animals!". I was very disappointed. Anyway, at the end they concede it. I think they already changed it in Expedia. The room was big enough and modern, was very nice! But few things should be improved as there was no chopping board and drying rack, more hangers etc. Eveything...
โFantastic hotel, with great staff, brilliant, clean and functional rooms.
The rooftop bar is good if you like that kind of thing. Breakfast was included in my package and was really good with lots of choice. They could however do with multiple latte machines, the wait is a bit long.
TV channels, radio, films etc were an unexpected treat.
I love this place and will be back.โ
