โHet gehele hotel ademde rust uit. Alles klopt qua vormgeving, erg sfeervol. Fijn om daar een aantal nachten te mogen verblijven.
Personeel erg behulpzaam, we komen graag nog een keer terug.โ

โThis hotel has great space in the room and the kitchenette was convenient. The staff was kind-- when I asked about the silver perk at the desk, the gentleman was unsure what it was but offered free breakfast vouchers for the duration of my stay. The breakfast had both hot and cold options, some of which were local foods which I appreciated. โIt was wonderful experience to stay at this hotel. Clean, quite, nice very ealy time breakfast (it'sthe best of best), easy to get between airport and hotel. Everything is perfect. โ
โPerfectly convenient for a stop over on route to our next destination. Walking distant from airport 15 mins. 8 mins walk to kastrup station into the city. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Looking out onto the water and from the restaurant at breakfast you can see planes coming in and a wonderful sunset or sunrise. Breakfast was amazing. "Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staffโs attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldnโt find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more.
