"Overall the property was impeccable. However the security needs improvement, my golf cart was stolen on the property that supposed to be secure. After this i didnt feel safe. I dont recommend "

"Great hotel... very clean, laid back vibe, great pool on the rooftop, with a nice bar/ lounge area. The bartender (Antoine) was awesome! The restaurant is very good too! Free breakfast every morning at 8am, and a sweet cat (Boots). All the reception personnel are very friendly and helpful as well!!!"

"I think the organization and communication could improve. We have heard the resort is under new ownership. Reef haven is beautiful and the staff were so kind. There were some mix ups with excursions we participated in. It was hard to book spa services as a couple. One of us did get a massage and it was great. The menu was frustrating and not very allergy friendly. We managed the menu and did not have any issues, however items were improperly marked (or not marked) gluten free. The resort was beautiful and we really liked our suite. The bar at the end of the dock was great to hang out at! Drinks were great. We were able to get fresh coconuts and food off the grill over at driftwood. Activities like yoga and karaoke were great. Please note the fine print and see that the resort is 30 minutes by boat ride away from the town of San Pedro. Overall we enjoyed our time, just a few unexpected hiccups during! "

"We stayed at the Hilton Mahogany Bay and Ramons.. 2nd time we have done that. Will not be doing it again. The Hilton is worn out! Will stay at Ramons only next time. The grounds are beautiful.. love the lights and music in the pathways. They location may seem like it would be too loud.. not so. We really enjoy it here. "

"Got "locked" in bathroom in C 4 for a few minutes, lol. Might want to add some WD 40 to lock. I did think there was a gym there, maybe next year, Tai Chi by the beach. Food and service were excellent"

"The room was basic, but very clean. The location of the hotel is a little south of everything, but very walkable. The shower head was trashed so the entire bathroom got wet every time I took a shower and the water pressure was basically non existent because of this - not the end of the world, but seems like an easy fix. A bit of a safety issue - the bar staff loudly communicated (one time shouted across the bar) my room number every time I closed my tab, which seemed like a basic safety issue. I was also on the first floor and my curtains didn't shut all the way, so I never had full privacy. Knowing this, I wouldn't suggest a first floor room if privacy is something you're after. All in all, a decent spot that I'd visit again. "

"The property itself is beautiful, but the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor communication from the staff. I paid them to arrange local flights, yet they failed to provide any information afterward. After I arrived in Belize, I tried calling again with no response. I ended up messaging them on WhatsApp from the airport, unsure whether I needed to purchase a new plane ticket or not. Despite multiple attempts to reach out through calls, emails, and texts, I received no response for a long time. Eventually, my calls were ignored or possibly blocked. Fortunately, someone finally responded on WhatsApp and provided the information I needed, but by that point, the uncertainty had already caused significant stress. What should have been an enjoyable trip turned into one of the most stressful travel experiences I’ve had."
