"Everything was great at our stay at the Extended Stay America. The only thing we didn’t like was the smell of dog urine in the hallway it was pretty strong. But everything else was clean, so was our room. Excellent! Would visit again hopefully the dog urine smell issue is resolved by then"

"IM STILL HERE ACTUALLY AND I STAY IN ROOM 227 I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THERE HAS BEEN MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT DOWN AT THE DESK HOWEVER JUDGING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIANCE THE LADY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS HELPFULL I FEEL LIJE IF THE LADY HAD ANYTYPE OF NEGATIVE ATTITUDE IT MIRE THAN LIJELY WAS A RESULT OF HER DEALING WITH A BUNCH OF THINGS THAT INVOLVE INDIVIDUALS CREATING PROBLEMS OR TRYING TO BREAK THE RULES.
