“Surclassement. Petits détails. Attention du staff ciel étoilé et comfort”

“폭설로 판단하기 어려웠지만 넓고 깨끗한 통나무숙소였다. 다만 실내에 도어락이 없어서 약간 불안하다는 느낌이 있었습니다 ”

“The beds were very uncomfortable and our room was not ready at check in.”

“It was torrential rain at lunchtime when we arrived but the staff seemed to not have enough training to deal with exceptional conditions. The main area which housed reception and the ‘ restaurant’ was cold and leaking with puddles on the floor. No hot food or drink available until 5pm - there was an option of a cold drink and sandwich out of a fridge but we didn’t want to sit in such an unwelcoming area (we were advised not to take food to our tent for fear of attracting rodents). “We had a nice stay. I’m not a camper, and I managed pretty well. We stayed in one of the tents with a bathroom and shower which was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Great location! Amazing to wake up to the views!”

“Cute hotel!”

“Accommodations were well put together. Lovely place to stay”

That was the only “amenity “that we used. We and a couple of other couples that we invited, were all extremely disappointed with the...

“Owner was having a baby so lobby and restaurant were closed. Check in info was in an envelope by the door. After a 10 hour drive and no nearby restaurants thank God I had a couple cans of soup to heat up in the microwave. Our room was called the "Ice Cave" fitting since it was so cold! Room was so small it was claustrophobic. Congrats on the baby, but have back up to run the hotel please.”

“Amazing. Just as it reads.”

“Beautiful view. Was spacious enough for a family of five.”
