โLove the feel of this resort, not the fanciest, but we loved the vibe for the area, and so close to Bryce National Park, looking forward to another visit some day, great restaurant/bar only a short walk away

โThe night in the tend was such a nice experience I would recommend it to everybody. Great place in the nature, friendly staff, incredibly good to be there. Lighting the fireplace was so funny!!โ
โAmazing. They need to communicate quicker and earlier and better. I had questions: no response for too long. They sent me a text the day of saying I needed 4wd, which I didnโt have and it woulda been too late anyway. They sent me an email, which I skimmed because I am busy, that talked about dining but was not for our site. Besides the communication issues. We LOVED our experience.โ
โThe location is a little odd - a collection of small cabins plopped down in the middle of a large open area not really near any other amenities. The cabins themselves are nice and well-maintained - up to date, functional, and clean. โ
โThe lodge office closed at 6 PM, and I was caught off guard as I hadnโt received any prior notice. I kept calling the phone number posted on the office door, but no one answered. Feeling frustrated, I even contacted Expedia, but they couldnโt help either. I was about to cancel and look for another place to stay when someone I met at a nearby convenience store contacted the ownerโs family, and I was finally able to check in. Honestly, I felt like giving just one star, but since I have no way to...
โSecond year we have stayed at this place and we love it!! Nice layout, comfy, great internet and lots of parking. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! Wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. If there is a downside... Only has a 2 slice toaster ...get over it!...lolโ

Honestly, I felt like giving just one star, but since I have no way to thank the person who helped me, Iโm giving four stars as a sign of appreciation. The office should either clearly notify guests of their working hours in advance or make sure to answer emergency calls, even if the number is unfamiliar. After driving for hours from Zion Canyon, dealing with this situation was incredibly exhausting."
