โWe enjoyed our stay! It was quiet, clean, and close to town. It was a great jumping off point for Bryce Canyon National Park. We would definitely stay here again if returning to the area! โ
โThe lodge office closed at 6 PM, and I was caught off guard as I hadnโt received any prior notice. I kept calling the phone number posted on the office door, but no one answered. Feeling frustrated, I even contacted Expedia, but they couldnโt help either. I was about to cancel and look for another place to stay when someone I met at a nearby convenience store contacted the ownerโs family, and I was finally able to check in. Honestly, I felt like giving just one star, but since I have no way to...
โEnjoyed an overnight stay fo make hiking easier the next morning. The bed was so comfortable and I was very impressed with how clean it was for "glamping".โ
โAmazing. They need to communicate quicker and earlier and better. I had questions: no response for too long. They sent me a text the day of saying I needed 4wd, which I didnโt have and it woulda been too late anyway. They sent me an email, which I skimmed because I am busy, that talked about dining but was not for our site. Besides the communication issues. We LOVED our experience.โ
โSecond year we have stayed at this place and we love it!! Nice layout, comfy, great internet and lots of parking. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! Wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. If there is a downside... Only has a 2 slice toaster ...get over it!...lolโ

The office should either clearly notify guests of their working hours in advance or make sure to answer emergency calls, even if the number is unfamiliar. After driving for hours from Zion Canyon, dealing with this situation was incredibly exhausting."
