โLove the feel of this resort, not the fanciest, but we loved the vibe for the area, and so close to Bryce National Park, looking forward to another visit some day, great restaurant/bar only a short walk away

โThe lodge office closed at 6 PM, and I was caught off guard as I hadnโt received any prior notice. I kept calling the phone number posted on the office door, but no one answered. Feeling frustrated, I even contacted Expedia, but they couldnโt help either. โWe had a wonderful experience. The beds were warm and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and accessible, the service was impeccable. We were able to stargaze at leisure. Definitely we would do it again.

"The lodge office closed at 6 PM, and I was caught off guard as I hadnโt received any prior notice. I kept calling the phone number posted on the office door, but no one answered. Feeling frustrated, I even contacted Expedia, but they couldnโt help either. I was about to cancel and look for another place to stay when someone I met at a nearby convenience store contacted the ownerโs family, and I was finally able to check in. Honestly, I felt like giving just one star, but since I have no way to thank the person who helped me, Iโm giving four stars as a sign of appreciation. The office should either clearly notify guests of their working hours in advance or make sure to answer emergency calls, even if the number is unfamiliar. After driving for hours from Zion Canyon, dealing with this situation was incredibly exhausting."
