The ad for the property seemed to imply that you were getting the entire house. We only got the basement apartment. Although the condition was very good the one bedroom only had 2 bunkbeds. The stove only had one working burner and the oven door was broken. But the price was excellent.

Very small but convenient since we came from Capitol Reef and were going to Bryce Canyon the following morning. Cheaper than staying right outside of Bryce Canyon but still very close and no crowds!
