"The location is beautiful, but remember - it's 15-20 minutes from the city. So, if you need anything, it's not quick to get. It was too cold to use the pool, but we used the hot tub. We paid extra for the room with the "deluxe view" and we got ... the view to the pool! :( If you are tall enough (which I'm not) you probably would see the lake, but I didn't. The ice machine in the building didn't work for all three days that we were here. The fridge didn't work in the room when we came, but they moved us to the next room very quickly. I'd say $20 for breakfast buffet is a little bit pricey, but the buffet is great! All the staff is very nice and friendly. The entire resort is beautiful and they are pet friendly!"

"Old and very dated. Teeny toilet - tot sized. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a non-smart TV in a room. Expensive for what it was but I guess it’s a tourist town so they can get away with jt as there’s not much competition."

"The facilities have had a recent make over. Everything was clean and modern. The location is great after time on the river to get fed at the restaurant, (gret food), cleaned up, and rested before driving home. I will definitely stay here again!!"

"I like places to stay somewhat old-fashioned or quirky. I love that this place was not rebuilt into some McMansion property. Travelers should know that the the Inn is open for breakfast at 8 AM and that it overall closes down at 8 PM."

"The room was very nice, clean, and pretty quiet. Breakfast was the same exact items every day (scrambled eggs and sausage, no potatoes, and then the usual bread/pastries, machine yogurt, waffle maker, cereal), which got tiresome, especially if you don't like sausage and don't want all the carbs and sugar of the other items. It was nice to have shredded cheese for the eggs, though, and those were good. Can't beat the location in Kanab. "
