"The property was clean and spacious. Allowed Pets for a bit extra. The beds were amazing. Showers worked great. They have ample parking, including a spot in front of your cabin. They could've gotten a bit better toilet paper. The internet connectivity is almost nonexistent, depending on where your cabin is. If you were situated at the back, there is no way that you would be able to connect to wifi."

"This was a great stay. The amenities were very good (pool, breakfast) and the property was clean. Wi-Fi was also good, despite it being slow for some time on the second night. Our room had a problem with the fridge, in that the freezer compartment accumulated too much ice, blocking the freezer inner door from turning and closing, which in turn was blocking the outer fridge door from fully closing. It was possible to close the door with continuous pressure for a few seconds, after which the differential in air pressure (from the temperature) would keep it closed."

"This was an amazing alternative to camping or a hotel. It was glamping and fun. Beautiful inside even a nice bathroom/shower & full sized fridge plus full equipped kitchen area providing special treats without having to pay extra. To see the beautiful sky, they even provide a telescope. Dining close by as well. We would go back!"

"We loved our room at the Jacob Lake hotel. We had two large windows in our room, and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the delicious free coffee in the morning, which we picked up at the Inn restaurant. We found the staff to be very helpful, and they were so nice to talk to as we bought our delicious cookies in the Inn store -- so many wonderful choices! It's a great place to stay when you visit the North Rim of the Grand Canyon!"

"The hotel was nice and I would stay there again no hesitation. However our bathroom had dirty footprints on the floor and the pool and thot tub were really dirty. The breakfast was ok, they have these premade breakfast sandwiches that are gross, mushy, and flavorless. The coffee was out all night and they waited until it was empty to refill it. Really nice facility, gym, and the pool view is magnificent."
