"For maybe 20 years, we have been going to the Holiday Express Inn. We have always been very satisfied; however, this time we were very disappointed and upset that the Keurig coffee machine was not in our room. The front desk person told us that, because they now have a 24-hour coffee machine in the breakfast area, they removed all the Keurig machines in the bedroom.
Many other people, including me, told me they miss the Keurig in their room. In the middle of the night or early morning sometimes people take coffee right away when they get up and if I am on the 3rd floor, wearing my pyjamas, I will have to dress up, wait for the elevator because they are always very slow and finally go downstairs to take a cup of coffee and since the machine downstairs again take at least 5 to 6 minutes, I loose at least 30 to 40 minutes for a cup of coffee that usually takes less than 5 minutes in the room. I don't know who had this "bright idea" but it is not convenient for the customers who drive sometimes all day, very tired and want to rest as soon as possible when they arrived. Next time you should do a survey with customers before applying some stupid ideas like that.
We can also offer at the registration to bring a Keurig machine in your room and bring one, this not much to do and the client will be satisfied."
